POCO C85 Launched in Pakistan With 6,000 mAh Battery and 120Hz Display for Under Rs 40,000.
The Poco C85, Poco's new entry-level smartphone with a large display, long battery life, and cutting-edge design features, is now available in Pakistan. The Poco C85 has similar hardware to the Redmi 15C 4G, which was released earlier this month, but it has a different brand name and new colors.
Design and Display
The Poco C85 is equipped with a large 6.9-inch LCD featuring a 720 x 600 pixel resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The peak brightness of the screen can reach 810 nits. The phone has a 3.5mm headphone jack, an IP64 dust and splash resistance rating, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It weighs 205 grams and has dimensions of 171.56 mm x 79.47 mm x 7.99 mm. Available color options include black, green, and purple.
Internals and Software
Internally, the Poco C85 runs on the MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra chipset. It comes in only a single memory variant in Pakistan, which has 8GB RAM with 256GB storage. The software is based on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 on top of Android 15.
Cameras
The device includes a 50MP main rear camera designed for standard photo capture. The other camera, which is mostly just there for show, is a QVGA sensor. On the front, it offers an 8MP selfie camera. Video recording goes up to 1080p 30 fps on both the front and back cameras.
Battery and Pricing
A key highlight of this phone is the sizable 6,000 mAh battery, which supports 33W fast wired charging. In Pakistan, the POCO C85 can be found for as low as Rs 37,799 for the 8GB + 256GB variant.
